SEATTLE, Wash. — (April 26, 2011) — On Thursday, April 28th, El Gaucho Seattle invites wine connoisseurs to an exclusive underground wine tasting in search of the next great Washington wine. After tasting a classified selection of Small Lot Co-Op wines, partakers will have the opportunity to cast their ballots for their top three wines. The three wines determined to be the best by the society will then be unveiled on El Gaucho’s wine list. The top wine will not only secure premier placement on El Gaucho’s nationally recognized wine list, it will also be made available by the glass and the winemaker will be featured as an Underground Society Guest Sommelier.
